I've been heavily into music since I was a baby (as most of you have). And I owe at least the beginning of this to my mother. She loved tunes and had me dancing before I knew how to walk. When I was around five or six she had a band that played covers and Id go over for band practice, Id watch and listen and play with the other mates kids. It was my first real grasp on seeing music, watching how it all came together with instruments and what sounds came from where. This is an old promo shot of my moms band. note: moms cow print dress.

I love my job!

I have actually come to the realization that my job rules. I mean, as far as being the most lazy thing a human can possibly do it totally leaves opportunity to read and write and speak to some of the most amazing and annoying people in the United States! AMEN TO THAT!!!

wow, im still hurtin from the weekend. Tim, jess, steph and I went out for dinner and proceeded to drink budweiser by the can. Party started quickly and didn't end until 8:30am. (shit!)

I'm stoked that we have a half decent festival in our city. I was seriously disappointed with London and its music this summer. I got to see Steve Earle and R0nnie fuckin Hawkins both for free in neighboring cities and all London had to offer was "Hawk rocks the park".

I'll take some pictures tonite as the night goes on.
