I was watching Californication tonite, like every sunday, and the song at the end of the episode was amazing! So I checked it out and it's this band called Alberta Cross, the tunes called Low Man. fucking amazing!

This band is fucking amazing! This record is dirty and I'm soo happy they always bring the fucking rock! Not one other band that's heavy has done anything for me in what seems like years. I can actually LISTEN to this shit! Groove mutha fuckas!!! GROOVE!!!!!!

Hall & Oates

What a great weekend we had in the big W! Oates telling nick to calm down was one of the funniest fucking things ever. Drank too much whiskey after the show but we made up for it by dancing with Baba the next night. One of the most incredible women I've ever met. Thanks Baba for being amazing. xo

The burrito I got in Mexican Town (Detroit). We had a hell of a time getting across the border but once we finally made it to the states and sat down to din it was worth it I think. Always gotta try and see the light at the end of the tunnel and to realize that I'm living and shit happens. We were in it together.

wrote a song with the dudes tonite. It came out extremely easy and felt really good to do. Its weird, I sit up here for hours on end and enjoy my own company. I kinda forget there are three other humans living in this box. I read a lot today on DR Adams blog and it totally inspired me to just get my ass downstairs and work on something. I just can't get over how easy it was to create. I feel better tonite than I have in a long time. Talked myself through some shit today, even though nothing came of it, it made me feel better. Thanks chanx.
